If your order has not been delivered within the timescales for your area, contact us 

Items received as described cannot be returned. Refunds can only be made when an item is defective and the defect wasn’t clearly stated in the description. You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days. When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging. We recommend that you keep the original carton and packaging material for a smooth and easy return. Get your refund or exchange within 24 hours when you drop off an item at our store.

No, we currently only serve the Nigerian market.

Currently, we are only located in Onitsha. We however deliver to every state in Nigeria and have customers from all over Nigeria.
